Hola from sunny Miami!

It was such an ordeal to get here - I missed my connecting flight in Atlanta and had to stay overnight in a hotel room. The next flight was at 8am - and if you know me, you know I was wondering how the heck I would wake up at 6am without an alarm while sleeping in a big, warm, comfy bed?? The hotel manager offered to come in and wake me up. Hmm? No thanks... so I asked my mom to page me at 6am. It worked, I woke up with my pager vibrating in my hand! I must really love my sidekick. :)

Mom got me at the airport - she has a bad cold. We're at her new office now at the U. of Miami School of Nursing where she's the director of student services.... Daddy just called her and wants to pick me up at 1 so I'm gonna run home and change. I never manage to do a complete blog entry!

p.s. Gotta agree with Ames, Ocean's 12 is a kick-ass movie. Funny, sexy, suspenseful. Check it out!!
