It's Friday!!!!
Not that I deserve a Friday - I barely worked hard all week.
Wednesday night went to Pourhouse - fun but ugh the smoking. Went to catch up with my fave law student and to see Natalie, a friend from Miami that I love to pieces.
Yesterday I played hooky *hangs head* That Rachel Arfa is a baaad influence :) Had fun though! And we both have new shoes *grin*
Joined Jeremy last night for dinner at Health Bar with his pals and had chicken with "healthy" BBQ sauce - tasted wierd. But my sweet potato fries - yum!
Rented "The Incredibles" from the red box - oh I loved it. It was so creative and original and the story flowed so well. Would buy it if I had a DVD collection. Right now I have exactly zero.
Struggled to get out of bed this morning... I couldn't play hooky again cuz I had a client meeting. She was a no-show, so I just met with my supervisor and now doing some assignments. This afternoon I'll observe a student at Kendall with a reading disability, then consult with her teacher on how she can improve her reading. But um, the teacher herself is a reading specialist?
Later on, Alesia and I will head to my sister's place to see Kayla and then off to Baltimore to dine with Jazzybelle - the highlight of my week :)

Internship update - ASDB now says they will provide room and board, if I work in the dorms 10-15 hours a week on top of my 40/week intern hours. Problem - they want most of those 10 hours on the weekends? I don't really want to sacrifice my precious Saturdays and Sundays... so will ask around in the Tucson deaf community to see if I can live with someone and pay little rent. see -see.
