So this morning I leave home at 7:30am so I can arrive to school, have coffee, and do a couple hours of work before a 10:30 class. I couldn't believe it when I look in my rearview mirror and there's monster amounts of smoke coming from the back of my car along with the stench of burnt metal... scary! After spending an hour tinkering with the car in a Wendy's lot with an overly friendly man named Bob, the Honda is resting in the Gally parking lot for a trip to the car repair shop. Poor thing!

My day was insane - procrastination really caught up to me. I had 3 papers due for my 1pm class (1 was actually due last week) and I wrote all 3 during lunch hour. They're definitely poor quality (but passable), and I was soo embarrased to hand them in, so it's definitely not gonna happen again!! I just sometimes forget the amount of work that's due each week and by the time I realize what I need to do.... watching TV or going out for drinks becomes much more appealing. ;)

Right now I'm just chilling in the psych lounge with my buddy Lis while gathering up the energy to go and catch the bus home. I had planned on driving to Home Depot to pick up some paint - Jeremy's gonna use it to finish painting the foyer. Right now, our foyer is electric blue, the kitchen is pink, my room/living room is melon green, and his room is orange. The last painting job is the hallway - mint green! Colorful, I know. It grows on you - really! The melon green's awesome - very Miami.
