A couple of days after returning from Colorado, I hit the road early in the afternoon for a trip to Wisconsin. The drive was surprisingly un-boring, as I drove through Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois before reaching Franklin, Wisc. at 2am. Emily and her dog Derry were waiting up, aw.
The next afternoon, we headed to Matt and Kayleigh's wedding in Mukwonago. It was a nice Catholic ceremony, but the kiss was so disappointing! Matt made it up by stealing a better one during a prayer :) Kayleigh's and the bridesmaids' dresses were beautiful, I'll have to post a picture. The reception was at Oconomowoc Lake Club on the water, Emily and I sat with some of Kayleigh's family and her nephews who signed to us a bit, cute! We danced, met a lot of people... I was glad to be there for the sweet couple. Guess I'll have to stop flirting with Matt now. All the best to them in SC!!
